SafeHaven
Digital Human Rights Management System
Conceived, designed, and built entirely in Malawi — SafeHaven is Tensorview's flagship platform for digital human rights case management. Every workflow reflects the operational realities of human rights work on the ground.

The Problem
Cases are being lost — not because frontline workers don't care, but because the tools they use were never designed for what they actually do. Cases live in notebooks. Evidence disappears before it reaches court. Referrals happen over phone calls that are never recorded.
The result is the same in every organisation: survivors fall through the cracks, evidence disappears, and patterns that could prevent future violations go completely undetected.
Four Capability Layers
Each layer is independently valuable. Together they form a complete system. Layers 1–3 are fully operational today.
Layer 1 — Case Management
Survivor self-report, officer-assisted intake, unique case IDs, full lifecycle tracking. Works offline. Optimised for mobile and tablet.
Layer 2 — Evidence & Security
End-to-end encryption, tamper-proof audit logs, chain of custody for legal proceedings. Zero-knowledge architecture.
Layer 3 — Multi-stakeholder Coordination
One-click referrals, role-based access control, automatic agency notifications. Every provider works from the same live record.
Layer 4 — AI & Analytics (Roadmap)
Predictive risk analytics, geographic hotspot mapping, pattern recognition — all trained exclusively on Malawian data.
