Artificial Intelligence Training for Executive Assistants
Over the past week, Tensorview, in partnership with Lilongwe Commercial College, had the privilege of facilitating an intensive Artificial Intelligence (AI) Training for Executive Assistants and Secretaries from various organizations at Thope Lodge in Dowa District, Malawi.
The training began with an introduction to Artificial Intelligence, providing participants with a practical understanding of AI and why it is becoming an essential tool in today's workplace. We explored how AI can significantly improve productivity, enhance decision-making, and streamline the day-to-day responsibilities of executive assistants and administrative professionals.
A key component of the training focused on Ethical AI and the responsible use of artificial intelligence. Participants were guided through the principles of transparency, accountability, and human oversight, while also gaining an understanding of the Data Protection Act of Malawi and the importance of protecting personal data when implementing AI solutions.
Hands-on Practical Sessions The practical sessions were the highlight of the training, where participants learned how to use AI and digital tools to automate and enhance administrative workflows, including:
✅ AI-powered meeting minutes management
✅ Smart calendar management and scheduling
✅ Digital forms creation and management
✅ AI-assisted content creation
Through a series of live demonstrations and practical exercises, participants experienced how tasks that traditionally take hours can be completed accurately in just a few minutes using AI. It was inspiring to see professionals embrace these technologies with confidence, curiosity, and enthusiasm.
At Tensorview, we believe that building AI capacity is essential for preparing organizations and professionals for the future of work. Our mission is not only to introduce AI tools but also to empower people to use them responsibly, ethically, and effectively. We extend our sincere appreciation to Lilongwe Commercial College for this valuable partnership and to all the participants for their active engagement throughout the training. We look forward to seeing these newly acquired skills drive greater productivity and innovation within their organizations. The future of work is AI-enabled, and together, we are building that future.
